Perlite Expander Furnaces/Plants

Perlite Expander Furnaces/Plants

Perlite Plants which are manufactured by İPS MİNİNG are designed in accordance with field, fuel type, capacity of the plant and properties of the products.

Perlite is taken from mine and it is crushed-screened. Later crushed-screened perlite is dried to acquire desired moisture content. Dried perlite is conveyed into perlite rocket for expansion process. The perlite rocket in the system has two walls (internal and external walls) and these walls are manufactured from refractory 310 S material. Rocket feeding is adjusted with frequency converter and ore perlite is fed to rocket center from 4 differenet points.

Burner which has calorific value calculated by our firm is used in the system depending upon fuel type and according to capacity value. Feeding values and set values(according to heat of burner) can be controlled with automation system in the factory or they can be controlled from burner panel in field.

The output product can be bagged or optionally it can be conveyed to another unit in the line.

The system operates with full-automation. Operator can supervise the plant with SCADA monitor.      Temperature values in the system, working positions of the machines, rocket feed rates can be seen on monitor by the operatör.
